Cleaning Charge
A one-time cleaning
charge of $61.88 will be added for your departure cleaning. This cleaning
service covers "normal wear." It does not cover excessive or negligent
wear. Extra laundry over two normal loads will be accessed at $11.25 per
load.
Security/Cleaning Deposit
A security/cleaning deposit in the amount of $300 is to be paid within 10 days of your
reservation. If cancellation, not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when cancellation notice is given at least 30 days prior
to the date rental is to begin.
When cancellation notice is given less than 30 days prior to the rental
start date, there is no rental refund unless the unit is re-rented during
the same time period.
Rental Periods
All weekly rentals are from Saturday with 3:00 pm check in thru Saturday with 10:00 am check out.
January thru March are calendar month rentals. |
